tegwick	9b19956af6	Rename hourly activity definitions to daily stabilize phase (DEC-005) ... Crons were already daily; align file names, ids (coulomb-daily-*), rule labels, and cross-references. Old hourly definitions disabled on activity-core sync. Kept hourly-ci-health-escalation as bootstrap-only (disabled).	2026-06-18 15:02:41 +02:00
