feat(example): add per-entity LLM evaluations for 985 WoN entities (S3.3)

Batch evaluation of all 988 entities via OpenRouter. 984 succeeded on
first pass; 3 failed (network errors). eval-summary --update-metrics
written with per_entity_mean=3.9556.

overall_score: 4.6
scores:
- name: definition_precision
value: 4.0
max_value: 5.0
rationale: The definition is precise and captures the core concept clearly, identifying
three specific mechanisms (dexterity, time-saving, machinery invention) and linking
it to the propensity to exchange. It avoids circularity and distinguishes division
of labour from mere task assignment by emphasizing specialization and productivity
gains.
- name: source_grounding
value: 5.0
max_value: 5.0
rationale: This entity is directly grounded in Smith's text, as Book I, Chapter
2 explicitly discusses division of labour as arising from the human propensity
to truck, barter, and exchange. The definition accurately reflects Smith's argument
about how specialization emerges from exchange relationships.
- name: domain_placement
value: 5.0
max_value: 5.0
rationale: The "Production" domain assignment is correct, as division of labour
is fundamentally about how productive processes are organized and executed. This
is the appropriate conceptual category for a mechanism that directly affects how
goods and services are created.
- name: vsm_relevance
value: 4.0
max_value: 5.0
rationale: This entity maps well to S1 (primary operations) as it describes how
productive work is actually organized and carried out within operational units.
It also has some relevance to S2 (coordination) since specialized tasks require
coordination mechanisms to function effectively.
- name: explanatory_value
value: 5.0
max_value: 5.0
rationale: This entity provides exceptional explanatory power by illuminating the
fundamental mechanism through which specialization increases productivity and
wealth creation. It reveals the structural relationship between human exchange
propensities and economic efficiency rather than merely naming a surface phenomenon.

# Evaluation: Division Of Labour
## definition_precision — 4.0 / 5.0
The definition is precise and captures the core concept clearly, identifying three specific mechanisms (dexterity, time-saving, machinery invention) and linking it to the propensity to exchange. It avoids circularity and distinguishes division of labour from mere task assignment by emphasizing specialization and productivity gains.
## source_grounding — 5.0 / 5.0
This entity is directly grounded in Smith's text, as Book I, Chapter 2 explicitly discusses division of labour as arising from the human propensity to truck, barter, and exchange. The definition accurately reflects Smith's argument about how specialization emerges from exchange relationships.
## domain_placement — 5.0 / 5.0
The "Production" domain assignment is correct, as division of labour is fundamentally about how productive processes are organized and executed. This is the appropriate conceptual category for a mechanism that directly affects how goods and services are created.
## vsm_relevance — 4.0 / 5.0
This entity maps well to S1 (primary operations) as it describes how productive work is actually organized and carried out within operational units. It also has some relevance to S2 (coordination) since specialized tasks require coordination mechanisms to function effectively.
## explanatory_value — 5.0 / 5.0
This entity provides exceptional explanatory power by illuminating the fundamental mechanism through which specialization increases productivity and wealth creation. It reveals the structural relationship between human exchange propensities and economic efficiency rather than merely naming a surface phenomenon.
