tegwick	e4fbba8a57	feat(proxy): add markitdown as default proxy backend ... Uses markitdown-no-magika (lighter fork without magika/onnxruntime) to handle PDF, HTML, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, XLS, CSV, JSON, and XML files.
