Provide a single command, that does close an issue with

  • Review that the requirement have been met
  • Make sure the associated tests run green
  • Make sure we did not break anything by running all tests green
  • Update the cost-note for the issue with time estimated, LLM-cost, Developter-time and associated cost, create the note if necessary
  • Register time and cost data in the database
  • Add and commit to the repo, including the cost note
  • Provide a summary on the console
