Provide a single command to wrap up my developer day:

Do make sure, that everything is in a healthy state and commited
Document open tasks that are not in Issues in the todo directory files, for seamless context transfer
Collect the Development Time estimates
Collect the List of Issues that have been closed
Update the time spent and cost associated for all the issues

Create a Diary entry file end put it in the history subfolder.
Commit the Diary File
Provide a short summary on the console
Let the wisdom Agent provide a fortune to close the day
