Issues #152 & #153 Analysis & Enhancement

Implementation Status: COMPLETE

Both Issue #152 (Manifest System Design and Implementation) and Issue #153 (Auto-Detection Algorithm for Exploded Structures) are already fully implemented with production-ready code.

Issue #152 - Manifest System:
