+# MKTT-WP-0001: markitect-tool Repository Foundation
+
+## Purpose
+
+Establish this repository as the State Hub-connected successor workspace for
+the in-scope core of `markitect-main`.
+
+## P1.1 - Integrate State Hub repository registration
+
