`hub.coulomb.social` was cut over from Haskell Inter-Hub to Core Hub
(CORE-WP-0005-T04, operator-executed). The Haskell Inter-Hub bootstrap /
widget-activation path this task waited on is therefore superseded: ops
evidence now lands via Core Hub's proven surfaces (deployed smoke run
`20260702235645-59bf1e`, activity-core sink event `ae43db56`, migrated
`ops-hub` hub + 15 widgets, full `ops-*` vocabulary seeded). The supersede
condition recorded in CUST-WP-0025-T16/CUST-WP-0051-T07 ("deployed Core Hub
evidence or explicit supersede decision") is met by the cutover itself.
Task cancelled as superseded; Inter-Hub remains rollback-only during the
stabilization window.
