|

|

* **Analyse, copy, transfer or corrupt weights and memory and other AI related data from** the Software

### 3. NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONTRACTUAL PENALTY

Use of and access to this Software are subject to the terms of the **Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)** signed by the Authorized User.

* **Unauthorized Disclosure:** Any breach of confidentiality, including the sharing of credentials, source code snippets, or architectural logic, is subject to the **Contractual Penalties** outlined in your individual employment or partnership agreement.
|
|
* **Monitoring:** Access to this repository is logged. Any unauthorized download or export of data will be treated as a breach of contract.
|
|
|

### 4. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
|
|
|
|
The Owner reserves the right to revoke access to this repository at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination of access or the underlying agreement, the Authorized User must destroy all local copies of the Software in their possession.
