# CENG-WP-0001 — Extract Engine from Umbrella

Extract `citation-evidence/src/shared/` and `citation-evidence/src/engine/` into
|
|
this repository as a standalone TypeScript package (`@citation-evidence/engine`).
|
|
|
|
Prerequisite: umbrella MVP complete (CE-WP-0001..0008).
|
