# KONT-WP-0003: Headless Knowledge Engine Implementation
|

## Purpose
|
|
|
|
Build the first usable `kontextual-engine` runtime around the PRD/FRS contract:
|
|
persistent knowledge artifacts, collections, relationships, ingestion,
|
|
retrieval, workflows, and agent-operable context.
|
