## Metaplan Completion 2026-07-03
All eight tasks are terminal. The closing day executed the three remaining
strategic moves with operator approval:
- **T03 done (superseded path):** `hub.coulomb.social` was cut over from
Haskell Inter-Hub to Core Hub (CORE-WP-0005-T04). Ops evidence lands via
Core Hub production (deployed smoke, activity-core sink event `ae43db56`,
migrated ops-hub widgets, full ops-* vocabulary). Legacy Inter-Hub
activation tasks `CUST-WP-0047-T05` / `CUST-WP-0049-T06` cancelled as
superseded; both workplans finished. Inter-Hub retained as rollback only.
- **T06 done:** the pragmatic State Hub path completed — CUST-WP-0011-T07
executed with exact-count restore (633/3964/8192/14/1933) and the cluster
State Hub is primary behind `127.0.0.1:8000` (ops-bridge
`state-hub-primary`); WSL2 is retained as explicit fallback through the
T08 stabilization window. `CUST-WP-0038` HA remains a deferred follow-on.
- **T07 done:** identity (CUST-WP-0025-T03), deployed Core Hub evidence
(T16), and production ops-hub replacement are complete; fin-hub work stays
deliberately deferred until the Core Hub production pattern stabilizes
(condition: CORE-WP-0005 stabilization passes and Haskell retirement
CORE-WP-0007 is decided).
Remaining ecosystem follow-ons live in their own workplans: CORE-WP-0005
stabilization + CORE-WP-0007 retirement approval, CUST-WP-0011-T08/T09
stabilization/fallback decision, ops-warden catalog confirmations, and the
ACTIVITY-WP-0006 three-run calendar gate.
