the Customer Account open question: reject it as canonical, add Commercial
Record and Commercial Relationship to the Record and relationship layers, and
document Subscriber as a convenience term only.
Backfill all 23 research source notes with terminology extracts, modeling
assumptions, conflicts, canonical mappings, and references. Refresh terminology
artifacts, refine the conceptual model with explicit scenario paths, reconcile
canon surfaces and open questions, and mark the workplan finished.
Inline ops-warden credential routing guidance in AGENTS.md and mirror it
for Claude Code under .claude/rules/. Add IDENTITY-WP-0003 to backfill the
research corpus and refine the conceptual model against scenario tests.
